太空诱变稗属四个农家种的细胞学效应研究

- 对经由“实践八号”返回式卫星搭载的稗属4个农家种(大散穗、粳稗、拉林小粒稗和谷稗)进行了根尖细胞学研究,以未经搭载的种子作为对照。结果表明经过太空诱变处理后4个农家种有丝分裂指数比对照均有所增加;根尖细胞中均出现了微核、落后染色体、游离染色体、染色体桥、染色体断片等畸变类型。微核率和染色体畸变率4个农家种之间无显著差异。
- Abstract:
- The dry seeds of four varieties of Echinochloa were carried by the recoverable satellite “shi jian 8”, seeds were not carried by the recoverable satellite “shi jian 8” as control. The results showed that the mitotic index of four varieties carried by the satellite was higher than control. There were different aberrations in root tip cells, including micronucleus, lagging chromosome, dissociative chromosome、chromosome bridge, chromosome fragment etc. The micronucleus rate and aberrant chromosome rate of four varieties wasn’t significances difference.
