- 针对草地早熟禾品种(系)萌发期对盐分最敏感的特点, 对15 个草地早熟禾品种(系)在不同盐浓度胁迫下的萌发特性进行研究, 测定其发芽率、发芽势和相对盐害率等的变化情况, 结果显示031315 草地早熟禾和031322 草地早熟禾2 个品系用0.8% NaCl 胁迫时的发芽率都在35%以上, 即这2 个品系萌发期的耐盐胁迫能力较强。
- Abstract:
- Kentucky bluegrass is sensitive to salinity stress at germination stages.In this paper, germination properties of 15Kentucky bluegrass varieties were tested under different salt concentration.The results from germination rate, potential andrelative injury rate showed that under 0.8% salinity stress, the germination rate of 031315 Kentucky blueg rass and 031322Kentucky bluegrass were all over 35%, that was to say they were salt tolerance at germination stage.
