- 利用成龄蓝莓的茎段或茎尖为外植体, 培养在添加各种激素配比的MW 培养基上。研究蓝莓离体繁殖影响因素, 筛选蓝莓离体所需最佳启动、增殖和生根的培养基及培养条件。结果表明:在蓝莓幼芽分化时的启动培养基和增殖培养基最佳配方均为MW+NAA0.05 mg·L-1 +BA0.5 mg·L-1 , 适合生根的培养基为1/2MW+NAA0.5 mg ·L-1 。
- Abstract:
- Taking adult stem blueber ry o r shoo t tip as the explants, they were cultivated in the medium of MW adding withdifferent ratio of hormone.The blueberry vitro propagation influencing factors, blueberry vitro screening for the best start,proliferation and the rooting medium and culture conditions were studied.The results showed that:blueberry budlet divisionat the start of the pro liferatio n of medium and medium were the best fo rmula MW + NAA0.05 mg ·L-1 +BA0.5 mg ·L-1 ,fo r the roo ting medium for 1/2 MW +NAA0.5 mg ·L-1 .
