- 近年来, 对铁皮石斛的需求日趋增加, 而野生资源难以满足市场需求, 组织培养技术使大规模人工栽培成为可能。从种子萌发、原球茎分化、生根与壮苗、原球茎增殖等方面阐述了近年来关于铁皮石斛组织培养技术的研究概况,并展望了发展前景。
- Abstract:
- Recent years witness an increasing demand for Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl.which wild ones can no longermeet .Fortunately , the tissue culture technology enables its cultivation on a larg e scale.This paper gives a general account ofthe recent study on the tissue culture of Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl.
