- 分别采用热水、温水和冷水对马棘种子进行浸种,试验结果表明, 种子发芽率分别为88.3%、74.7 %、71.3%, 发芽势分别为72.0%、42.7%、43.3%, 通过方差分析可以看出, 三种不同水温浸种处理马棘发芽率和发芽势差异都非常明显, 通过SSR测验得出热水浸种处理可以显著提高马棘的发芽率和发芽势。
- Abstract:
- In this experiment, the seeds of Indigofera pseudotinctoria Mats .were soaked with hot water , lukewarm water andcold water .The results showed that the germination rate was 88.3%, 74.7%, 71.3% , respectively .The germinatio n vigo rwas 72 .0 %, 42.7%, 43.3%, respectively .Through variance analysis, the differences of germinatio n rate and germination vigorwere very obvious with three different temperature soaking treatment .The SSR analy sis showed that hot water soakingtreatment could significantly improve the germinatio n rate and germination vigor of Indigofera pseudotinctoria Mats.
