- 为了降低脱毒马铃薯试管薯生产成本, 提高试管薯质量(大小、产量和外观等), 通过自来水代替蒸馏水、白糖代替蔗糖, 并提高白糖浓度至50~ 60 g·L, 使用透气性培养瓶等措施对以往试管薯的生产技术加以改进, 大大提高了脱毒马铃薯试管薯的生产效率, 降低了生产成本, 提高了经济效益。
- Abstract:
- We made some improvements on the past production method of potato tuber in vitro in order to decreasing the costand improve its quality(yield, tuber size and appearance etc.).By tap water replacing distilled water, white sugar replacingsucrose and increasing concentration of white sugar to 50~ 60 g·L-1 , using vented culture vessels etc.we decreased the cost,enhanced the efficiency and benefit on tuber in vitro production.
