- 以高蛋白含量大豆品种东农42(试验号302)及其极矮化突变体HK11(试验号201)、高脂肪含量品种东农47(原称东农163, 试验号301)及其叶绿素缺失突变体HS821(试验号48)为材料, 分别从不同生育期及不同节位对叶绿素含量进行研究。结果表明:叶片所含叶绿素a/ b 的比值约为2.5∶1;节位、生育期不同叶绿素含量也不同, 表现为, 随着节位上升, 叶片叶绿素含量呈不断下降趋势;从开花结荚期(7 月6 日)到鼓粒初期(7 月26 日), 叶绿素含量不断增加, 鼓粒初期以后, 叶绿素含量不断下降。
- Abstract:
- In this text , we studied the content of chlo ro phyll from different g rowing period and different knots.Taking thehigh protein strains of soybean, Dongnong 42(the experience number 302), extremely shor t mutant HK11(the experiencenumber 201), high fat strains Dongnong 47(we called Dong nong 163 before, the ex perience number 301)and the chlorophylldefected mutant-HS821(the ex perience number 48)as the materials.The results showed that the chlorophyll a/b of the leafblade was 2.5∶1.Different knots and different growing period had different content of chlorophy ll, that was, with the knotsincreasing , the chlo ro phyll content of leaves declined.The chlorophy ll co ntent increased constantly from flowers and podbearing period to the early seed maturing period, after that, the chlorophyll content declined constantly .
