摘要:
采用RT-PCR 方法对大白猪的RXRα基因在1 日龄、90 日龄、180 日龄、270 日龄和360 日龄的心、肝、胃、脾、肾、肺、大肠、小肠、肌肉、子宫、卵巢共11 个组织的表达情况进行了研究。结果表明, RXRαmRNA 在大白猪的肾脏、肺、小肠和肌肉组织中持续表达, 而在心脏和子宫表达水平较低, 1 日龄时表达RXRαmRNA 的组织最多, 同时表达量也最高。
Abstract:
Ex pression level of RXRαgene in landrace hear t, liver , stomach , spleen, kidney , lung , large intestine, small intestine,muscle , uterus and ovary on 1 d , 90 d, 180 d, 270 d and 360 d were studied by RT-PCR method.The result showed thatRXRαmRNA was continuous expressed in kidney , lung , small intestine and muscle, but low level in heart and uterus.RXRαmRNA was broad expressed o n 1 d, and the level was also the hig hest .
