- 为实现优质、高产、高抗育种目标, 黑亚17 是采用外源总DNA 导入技术, 从法国品种Ariane 为供体、品系81-8-6-3 为受体的导入后代选育而成的纤维亚麻新品种。原茎、长麻、全麻、种子产量分别达到5 595.9、873.1、1 338.7 和594.7 kg·hm-2 , 分别比对照增产9.0%、16.5%、11 .7 %和16.2%。长麻率19 .5%, 比对照高1.7 个百分点;全麻率29.9%,比对照高1.1 个百分点。于2007 年3 月通过黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定推广。
- Abstract:
- In order to meeting the request of flax breeding for hig h yield and good queality and early mature period ,`Heiya17’ was selected and bred from progeny of introducing total DNA of`Ariane’ from France into new line 81-8-6-3 via pollentube .Straw yield , long fiber yield, total fiber yield and seeds yield of`Heiya 17’ were 5 595.9 ,873.1, 1 338.7 and 594.7 kg ·hm-2 , which 9.0%, 16.5%, 11.7% and 16.2%mo re than the control in each item .Long fiber rate was 19.5%, it was morethan the control by 1.7 percentage point , to tal fiber rate was 29.9%, which more than the control by 1.1 percentag e point.`Heiya 17’ was approved by Heilo ngjiang Crops Variety Examine and Approval Committee in March 2007 as a new varietywhich was high yield, good quality and early mature period.
