- 为探讨硝基苯对鸭免疫器官及免疫应答的影响, 以鸭为试验动物, 按53.66 mg ·kg -1 灌胃硝基苯, 复制鸭硝基苯中毒及模型。结果表明:(1)硝基苯对免疫器官发育及体液免疫功能造成广泛的抑制效应。(2)硝基苯影响了禽流感抗体的产生, 并在较低的水平上维持。(3)硝基苯中毒组胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊脏器指数均低于对照组,(4)硝基苯中毒组鸭胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊出现广泛实质性变化, 包括淋巴细胞数量显著减少、变性、坏死、滤泡减少或无滤泡形成, 胸腺皮质萎缩。
- Abstract:
- In this paper , ducks were allocated into two groups, the ducks in the contrast g roup were only fed with the basic diet, the poisoning group was fed with the diet supplemented with 53.66 mg ·kg -1 nitrobenzene.Ducks of the poisoning groupshowed ducks sig ns of nitrobenzene toxication.Ducks to xicology model caused by subchro nic nitrobenzene toxication wasdeeply studied trough clinical finding s, pathohistological changes, the ELISA of AI and the measurement of thymus, spleenand bursa of FAB.The result showed (1)From o rganizing pathology , clinical symptom index to observation, nitrobenzenetoxication has caused the ex tensive restrain effect to immune o rgan develo pment and immune function.(2)Nitrobenzene to xicationhas influenced the productio n of the antibody seriously , and kept on the relatively low level.The reducing of the antibodyELISA result titer of AI proved that the immune function received the obvious injury at the same time.(3)Thymus,spleen and brusal in group nitrobenzene toxication organs indexes were lower than those of the contrast g roup.It proved thatthe nitrobenzene w ould suppress the growing of immune organ seriously .(4)Immune organ in histology was observed, includinglymphocy te reduce notably by quantity , necrosis, straining and steep strainedding and steep fo rming .
