- 随机在苏打草甸碱土表层选取碱斑, 进行碱斑畜禽粪便、鲜草的堆肥和覆盖处理。通过定期监测土壤中酶活性(脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶)的变化, 探讨不同施肥模式对土壤中酶活性(脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶)的影响, 为盐渍土的培肥改良提供科学依据。
- Abstract:
- Alkali spot were selected randomly in the top layer of the soda meadow saline soil in Zhaozhou of North China , disposed with livestock feces ,compost of g rass origin and overcast.Change of enzyme activities(urase , alkali phosphatase , hydrogenperoxidse)in the soil were measured periodically to probe the effect of fertilizing patterns on the enzyme activities , sothat to provide the scientific basis for the improvement of fertilizing to the salty soil.
