- 为了研究生长调节物质在亚麻生产中的应用, 本试验使用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)在快速生长期对亚麻进行喷施, 并研究其对亚麻过氧化物同工酶的影响。在亚麻快速生长期喷施GA3 后一周取样, 进行酶活性测定及同工酶电泳分析表明:在快速生长期喷施不同浓度GA3 使亚麻POD 活性产生明显的变化, 当GA3 浓度300 mg·kg -1时, 亚麻POD酶活性最高。
- Abstract:
- In order to research the influence that growth regulation substance on flax , GA3 was sprayed in period of rapid elongation to study the effect of different concentration on POD isoenzyme.A week later after spraying GA3 , the enzyme activityand electro phoresis were conducted , the results showed that POD activity varied evidently with different GA3 concentrationand achieved the hig hest activity w hen GA3concentration was 300 mg·kg -1 .
