- 通过对影响生根的生长素种类和浓度等因素的研究, 确定了柱型苹果鲁加6 号最佳生根生长素组合, 即:1/ 2MS +0 .3 mg ·L-1 IAA +1.0 mg ·L-1 IBA。试验结果表明, 鲁加6 号生根率可达100 %, 平均生根数达到8 .9根。IAA 和IBA 组合处理的组培苗生根质量明显比单一生长素处理好。正交试验结果表明, 影响鲁加6 号生根的主次因素顺序为IAA >IBA>NAA 。
- Abstract:
- The ho rmone such as type a nd co ncentration o n r oo ting ha s been studied in columnar apple’Lujia No .6’.The optimal roo ting medium of columnar apple’Lujia No .6’has been chosen, that w as 1/2MS + 0 .3 mg·L -1 IAA+1.0 mg ·L-1 IBA .The re sults indicated the treatment w ith combinatio n o f IAA and IBA w as the best .In the best roo t sy stem o f’Lujia No .6’, roo ting rate w as up to 100 % and average roo ting pe r plantletreached 8 .9 .The plant le t in v it ro treated by IAA and IBA has more ro ot hair s than the one byIBA or NAA .Ortho gonal test indicated that thei r important order w as IAA > IBA >NAA .
