- 通过对薇菜试管苗进行不同等级、不同移栽基质移栽试验, 研究薇菜试管苗的最适移栽时期、最适移栽基质。试验结果表明:用遮阳网+微膜覆盖保湿, 在保持温度20 ~ 28 ℃, 湿度90%~ 100%, 散射光照条件下以合格单株定植于椰茸中成活率高达97.6%。
- Abstract:
- Through differ ent ranks, different tr ansplanting matrices to carr y o n e xperiments in the test tube seedlings o f Commo n Ve tch , the most suitable time and the most suitable matrix w ere studied.The results showed tha tkeeping wet w ith the co ver of viso r net and mic ro membrane , w ith the temper ature be tw een 20 and 28℃, the humidity90%~ 100 %, unde r the scattering illumina tion co ndition the sur viv al ra te reached as high as 97 .6 % byplanting qualified single in the co co nut mash .
