摘要:
农业社会化服务是农业生产力发展的结果, 也是现代农业区别于传统农业的重要标志。对农业社会化服务发展的背景、现状及其存在的问题进行了分析, 针对我国农业社会化服务体系中出现的问题, 提出今后应转变政府职能、健全法制体系、大力发展农业产业化龙头企业和农民自办服务组织的建议。
Abstract:
The socialized ag riculture ser vice is the result of the development of the produc tivity , and it is an impo rtantsymbo l o f mode rn agriculture w hich is diffe rent from t raditio nal ag riculture .This ar ticle analy zed the background , the current situatio n and the existing pro blems o f the so cialized ag riculture se rvice .Considering the problemsappeared in the sy stem , it is nece ssary to change the functio n of go ver nment , perfect the leg al sy stem , develo pthe industria lizatio n o f ag riculture leading enter prises and farmer s’ service o rg aniza tions of their ow n.
