- 按照不同的采种方式采种, 比较苗势、花药、花丝颜色、粒色、籽粒类型、穗轴颜色等农艺性状, 并对其进行测交鉴定, 对测交种产量差异进行显著性分析。结果表明:各采种方式保持了原有自交系的典型农艺性状, 与原始种基本保持一致。各处理的特殊配合力无显著变异, 保持了原自交系的特殊配合力。
- Abstract:
- Acco rding to the different seed collecting w ay , seedling s po tential, anther , filament co lo r , g r ain co lo r ,g rain type , ear axis ag ro nomic tr aits , such a s co lo r w ere compa red.Its cr oss test w as ide ntified and sig nificant analysisof y ield differences w as conducted.The re sults showed that :it maintained the seed ty pical o f the o rig inallines ag ronomic traits, basica lly co nsistent with the o riginal .With all o f the special treatment had no sig nificantvariatio n, and maintained the special inbred line w ith the original fo rce .The refo re , it can be reached:in the sameinbred line , no matter w ha t manner s will be the same because of the g enetic backg round of individuals and the seedunanimously effect .
