- 随着分子生物学技术的不断发展, 植物耐盐基因工程已经成为当前研究的热点, 植物基因工程为耐盐新品种选育提供新的途径。很多耐盐相关基因相继被克隆和研究, 包括离子调节关键基因、渗透调节物质合成关键基因、氧化胁迫调节关键基因、盐胁迫信号传导途径相关基因以及相关调控元件和因子, 部分成功应用于植物育种研究。

- With the developing of biomolecula r techno lo gy , research in salt-to lerance g enetic eng ineering in plantsbecome s a ho tspot , plant genetic eng ineering provide s a w ay fo r br eeding new salt-stress resistance va rieties .Lo tsof g enes have been clo ned , such as io n-reg ulation rela ted genes , o smo reg ulatio n re lated g ene s, oxidation reg ulatio nrelated g enes , salt-stress related sig na l tr ansductio n g ene s and o ther transcription facto rs , and some of them havebeen used in molecula r breeding .This paper highligh ts and discusses the pr og ress in the study of genetic e nginee ringto salt-to lerance .
