- 试验以克单8 号、绥玉12 、海玉5 号为试验材料, 研究了低温对玉米种子发芽及苗期生长的影响, 结果表明, 温度低于17 .5℃, 春玉米种子发芽势、发芽率和活力指数均显著降低, 温度低于5 ℃, 种子不能发芽;温度在20.0 ~ 25.0 ℃范围内, 玉米种子出苗时间较长, 发芽势、发芽率和活力指数较低, 苗期生长较弱;温度在25.0 ~32 .5 ℃范围内, 玉米种子发芽各项指标较高, 出苗快, 苗期生长强壮。
- Abstract:
- To ok Kedan No .8 , Suiy u No .12 and Haiyu No .5 as material, the effect o f temperature on g erminatio nand seedling g rowth of maize w as studied.The results showed that the germina tion energ y , ge rminatio n rate andvig o r inde x of maize w ere rema rkable debasing be low 17 .5 ℃.The seed co uld no t burgeo n below 5 ℃.Ever y ge rmination index of maize became low er , including germination ene rgy , germination r ate and vigo r index when temperature was in the range o f 20 ~ 25 ℃.Every g ermina tion inde x o f maize became higher and the seedling s comeout quickly when tempe rature wa s in the ra ng e of 25 ~ 32 .5 ℃, at the same time the seedling became str onger .
