银杏提取物抑菌效果的研究

- 测定了不同浓度的银杏叶提取物对五种常见菌的抑菌活性, 研究了不同的pH 条件和热处理对抑菌活性的影响。结果表明:随着银杏叶提取物浓度的增加, 其抗菌活性也显著增强;细菌的最低抑菌浓度为4%, 霉菌的最低抑菌浓度为6 %;银杏叶提取物的活性物质具有热稳定性, 高温短时间加热不影响其抗菌活性;在pH 为7 的条件下, 抗菌活性最强。
- Abstract:
- The anti-micr obial ac tivities of the ex tract o f Ginkg o bilo ba(EGb)w ere assayed w ith the different concentration , the effects of pH and heat treatment on anti-microbial activ ity o f EGb w ere also studied .The resultsshowed :With the increase of the conce nt ratio n o f EGb , the anti-micr obial ac tivity increased significantly .Theminimal inhibition co ncentra tions (M IC)w ere 4% against bacteria a nd 6 % ag ainst fung i.The anti-microbial activityo f EGb was characterized by its hea t stable ability and high tempe rature did not effect o n its anti-micr obial activity.When under the co ndition of pH equaled to 7, the anti-microo bial activ ity reached the highest lev el.
