摘要:
大力开展农民工培训的职业教育是农广校今后的主导工作方向。结合教育学、营销学和职业教育理论谈论农广校的农民工培训。初步探讨性定义“ 农民工” 为“ 工人” , 是城镇多种经济实体的职工。
Abstract:
Car rying o ut peasant-w o rke r’ s pre-job training is the main orienta tion of the Heilong jiang Agricultural Br oadcasting Schoo l.This pape r aimed to a naly ze the v ery t raining of the scho ol fo r the peasant with the combination of pedag ogy , ma rketing , voca tional educa tion theor y , and g ave a preliminary definitio n o f“ peasa nt-w or ke r” , who ser ved fo r dive rsity eco nomic entities of towns and citie s.
