摘要:
2001 ～ 2006 年, 广泛监测黑龙江省各主要稻区稻瘟病菌生理小种种类、分布及消长动态, 鉴定了189 个单孢分离菌株, 共监测出7 群28 个中国小种。ZA 、ZD、ZB 菌群检出频率分别为42.3 %、 28.6 %、17.5 %, 为黑龙江省目前主要菌群;ZA49 、ZD1 出现频率为21.7 %、21.2%, 为优势小种。ZA 、 ZD、ZB 菌群呈明显上升趋势, ZE 、ZF 菌群迅速下降。
Abstract:
189 mo no conidial iso la te s collected from main rice regions in Heilongjiang provinces w ere identified during 2001 ～ 2006. The r esults show ed tha t the re we re 28 phy sio log ical races of 7 gr oups. ZA , ZD and ZB w ere the main g ro ups in Heilongjiang pro vinces and their occur rence fr equencies wer e 42.3 %, 28.6 % and 17.5%, r espectively. ZA49 and ZD1 wer e the predominant races and their occurrence frequencies were 21.7 % and 21.2% , respectiv ely.The gr oups of ZA , ZD and ZB increa sed evidently and the gr oups o f ZE a nd ZF declined quickly.
