- 通过花粉管通道, 将杭叶部病害能力强的热带高粱D N A 导入后, 有27 个导入后代的扰病性有所提高, 占导入后代的9 . 1% 。其中有5 个导入后代的杭病性提高了2 级, 3 个导入后代的杭病性提高了3 级, 显著地提高了受体的杭病性。表明供体D N A 片段已通过花粉管通道进入受体, 并对受体基因的表达产生影响。此项技术实现了地理远缘的品种间的遗传物质转移, 丰富了遗传类型。
- Abstract:
- Exogenous DNA with leaf diseases resistance of tropical sorghum was introduced through pollen tube pathway. 27 transferred progenies’ diseases resistance were mcreased, accounting for 9. 1% ,in which 5 transferred progenies’ diseases resistance increased 2 grade and 3 transferred proge- nies’ diseases resistancelncreased 3 grade. The disease resistance of receptor was increased significant- ly. This indicated that,donor DNA fragment had inserted into receptor through pollen tube, and af- fected the expression of genes in receptors. This technique realized the transference of inheritable mat- ter between varieries of distant geography, and made the inheritable types abundant.
