- 试验选用以高抗大豆胞囊线虫3 号生理小种的抗线2 号为母本, 以适应性广泛的黑龙江省主栽品种合丰25 为父本。2003 年杂交, 2005 年种植杂交F1 、F2 代, 通过对杂交F1 、F2 代的各个性状进行分析来说明各性状的遗传力大小及遗传相关。遗传力的次序为:株高>单株荚数>单株粒重>单株粒数>分枝>百粒重。各性状与单株粒重的相关系数为:单株粒数>单株荚数>节数>株高>分枝>百粒重。

- This experiment took Kang xian 2 as female parent , w hich w as highly resistant to No .3physiological st rain o f soy bean cy st nematode and Hefeng 25 as male parent w hich had ex tensiveadaptability and w as the leading variety in Hei long jiang .The hy bridizatio n w as done in 2004 , accordingto the analy sis o f each t rait s of F1 and F2 , the heritabili ty of each t rai t and genet ic correlationwere illu minated .The o rder of heritability w as :plant heig ht >po ds per plant >g rains w eightper plant >grains number per plant >branches per plant >100-seed w eight 。The o rder of correlationcoeff icient between each t rai t and g rains w eig ht per plant w as :g rains number per plant >pods per plant >node number per plant > plant height > branches per plant >100-seed w eight
