摘要:
针对移栽和打顶时间两项影响烟碱积累的栽培措施进行了田间试验。用回归分析法分析表明, 烟碱积累与打顶时间呈正相关, 回归系数为0 .1071 , 且达显著水平;与移栽时间呈负相关, 回归系数为-0 .025 , 也达显著水平。综合分析认为:适宜移栽期为5 月25 ～ 30 日, 适宜打顶期应为盛蕾期。
Abstract:
The ex periment w as conducted to study the nico tine accumulation at dif ferent t ransplantand topping time in Mudanjiang .Nicot ine accumulation w as posi tively related to to pping period , regression coeff icient w as 0 .1071 .Nicot ine accumulation w as neg atively related to t ransplantperiod , reg ressio n coefficient w as -0 .025 .The best period of t ransplant w as on 25 ～ 30th ,May , and the be st pe riod o f top pruning w as full bud time .
