- 中国大豆种植科技发展源远流长, 成书于1500 多年前的《齐民要术》对大豆种植技术有详细的记载。本文通过对《齐民要术》及有关历史文献资料中关于大豆栽培技术的分析、推敲, 试图探究其对后世传统大豆栽培技术发展的影响, 揭示促进现代大豆栽培技术进步的启示。

- The cultiv ation techniques of soybean have a lo ng hi story in china .QI MIN YAOSHU , the famous ag ronomy book w rit ten by Jia Sixie in 1500 years ag o , has a detailed reco rd ofplanting skills on soybean .Thi s art icle w ill probe the t raditio nal techniques on soybean’s cult ivationreco rded in QI MIN YAO SHU and o ther related historical li terature and find it s af fection onto day’s soybean planting .
