- 目前, 连作障碍已成为制约一些地区蔬菜生产可持续发展的重要因素, 连作障碍的原因是复杂而综合的, 它的发生不仅同土壤传染性病害和土壤理化性状劣变有关, 也同根系分泌物和残茬分解物等引起的自毒作用有关。植物根系分泌物中的酚酸已被鉴定出对植物产生自毒作用, 并对根际微生物有重要影响。本文从多个角度论述了酚酸与土壤微生物之间的相互关系, 对酚酸类物质与根际微生物之间的相互作用关系和影响机理的研究进行了综述, 同时提出了今后在酚酸类物质及根际微生态方面需要深入研究的几个问题。研究酚酸物质与土壤微生物之间的相互作用将为防治连作障碍提供理论依据并具有实际指导作用。
- Abstract:
- Now days , co ntinuous cropping o bstacles become o ne of the mo st important factors that constraint vegetable productive long -lasting development in some regio n .The factors of co ntinuous cro pping obstacles are complex and comprehensive .It s o ccur rence is no t o nly relative to the infectio us di seases of soil and the inferior changes of phy siochemical prope rties of soil but also relat ive to auto tox ico sis w hich resul t f rom the secretio n o f root s and decompo sitio n o f remains .The secret ion f rom the root s of plant w hich have been verified to benefi t fo r auto -to xic ef fect have serious ef fect o n microorg anism o f rhizosphere .Interactio n and impact are illust rated betw een phenolic acids and micro organism of rhizo sphere f rom different acpect in thi s paper .Meanwhile we point out that some crucial questions in the aspect o f pheno lic acids and micro -ecolog ical of rhizophere must be studied in the future .The study on interaction of phenolic acids and microo rg anism can sapply wi th the basic theory of preventio n and eliminatio n of co nt inuous cropping obstacles and put it into ef fect in reality .
