- 目前中国农业正处于由传统的粗放经营向可持续农业转型的重要时期, 然而由于生态环境恶化;农业高新技术供给不足, 分布不合理;国家财政、信贷对农业经济资金注入不足;农业制度自身不完善等自然因素与社会因素的制约, 使中国农业的可持续发展之路步履维艰。本文拟在农业高新技术、投资体制、相关制度安排等方面探求相应的破解对策。
- Abstract:
- At present , chinese ag riculture is being in the important period of t ransferring the t raditional ex tensive farming to the sustained agriculture mould .However , owing to the fact of the natural and social rest rictio n factors that the ecology environment worsens ;the high and new agricultural technology supplies are not enoug h and no t dist ribute reasonably ;State revenue and expenditure and credit are not invested abundantly to the ag ricultural economy and the ag ricultural sy stem is not imperfect etc ., the sustainable development of agriculture in china has dif ficulty w alking .The paper is to analy ze the co rresponding countermeasures of the high and new agricultural technology , investment sy stem and relevant system arrangement etc .
