- 利用BAU -1 型红外线测温仪测定不同小麦品种(系)不同年份的冠层温度并测定具有代表性品种(系)的叶片输出功能期、高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基累积和麦谷蛋白大聚合体(LMP)的含量、叶面积和干重, 比较其关系, 初步确定了我省春小麦温型划分标准。通过两年的试验结果, 将晚熟组的对照品种新克旱9 号划为冷型小麦, 把中熟组的对照品种垦红14 划为暖型小麦, 这就为我们从生理育种上育成优良的品种提供了更好的参考依据。
- Abstract:
- In order to rudiment confi rm the warm typal standard of the spring wheat canopy temperature in Heilongjiang province , measured the export functional periods of leaves and the accumulatio n of high molecular w eight Glutenin subunit and the content of large glutein polymer and area of leaf and dry weig ht of leaf , studied the relat ionship w ith BAU -1 inf rared thermometer .As a result , marked Xinkehan 9 the CK in late -mature g roup as cold type w heat , and so marked Kenhong 14 the CK in middle -mature g roup as warm type w heat , thus offered well reference index for us on physiological breeding of wheat .
