- 选用甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系统的3 个油菜杂交种, 田间考察各杂交种F1 的育性稳定情况及其对产量的影响。结果表明:3 个油菜杂交种F1 群体均有不育株和半不育株出现, 它们的花器形态呈显著差异。3 个杂交种F1 群体中不育株率分别为5 %、3 %与11 %, 不育株的单株有效角果数少, 单株产量分别为正常可育株的11 .42 %、10 .45 %与5 .73 %;导致3 个杂交种F1 群体产量分别下降8 .60 %、13 .93 %与17 .38 %。
- Abstract:
- Three cytoplasmic male -sterile hybrid rapeseeds (Braissic napus .L)w ere tested to estimatetheir fertility instability and its effection on the yield of hy brids .The result s show ed that all thethree hybrids showed different fertility instability w hich w as already related to the changes in flowero rgans .The percentage of male -sterile plants in these F1 hybrids reached 5 %, 3 %, 11 %, respectively.Number of ef fective pods w ere few er in male -sterile plant ;Yield of per plant in sterile plant s w ere11 .42 %, 10 .45 %, 5 .73 % as compared w ith normal hy brid plant s.Therefo re , yields of the three hybridsdropped by 8 .60 %, 13 .93 %, 17 .38 % , respectively .
