- 转基因玉米是目前植物基因工程的研究热点之一, 已有转基因抗虫玉米、抗除草剂玉米进入商品化生产。本文就转基因玉米的受体系统、转化方法、实际应用及其安全性问题进行了综述。
- Abstract:
- Recent ly , t ransgenic maize has been become one of the debating ho t spo ts in the field ofplant genetic eng ineering .Transgenic maize w ith insect resistance and herbicide resistance have beenput into commercial production .In this paper , we will discuss some problems w hich relate to transgenicmaize receipto r sy stem , transforming method , practical applicat ion and biosafety.
