- 探讨了鸭跖草的休眠特性和田间发生规律以及不同土壤含水量下植株地上部和分枝的再次生根能力, 为科学、有效地防治鸭跖草提供生物学理论依据。研究结果表明:①鸭跖草在黑龙江省东部于5 月中旬出苗, 5 月下旬至6 月上旬达到出苗高峰, 6 月中旬后停止出苗。出土时间持续25d 左右, 累积发生密度为25 株/m2 。鸭跖草在6 月10 日前的出苗数占全年出苗总数的95.2 %;②采集后20 d 的种子直接进行发芽试验, 无一萌发。通过低温层积、赤霉酸、室内保存过冬等方法处理可以部分打破休眠。低温层积10 d 后进行试验, 种子萌发率和发芽指数最高;③鸭跖草植株具有很强的再次生根能力, 只要有节就可以生根成活。土壤含水量对植株再次生根成活具有显著影响。
- Abstract:
- The biology of dayflower , including dormancy characteristic , emergence law , root -regeneration abilityof the whole plant and branch in different soil moisture , were studied .The results showed :①Germinationof dayflower lasted about 25 days , beginning at the middle ten days of May , mushrooming from the last tendays of May to the first ten days of June , and stopping after the middle ten days of June .The germination densitywas 25 per sq .m.in the end .The percentage of germination was 95 .2 % of that of the whole year beforeJune 10 .②Seeds without any treatment after being collected for 20 days did not germinate .Dormancy of seedswas relieved by cold stratification , GA3 , and being stored in the room during winter .Germination percentageand gemination index was highest when seeds after 10 days of cold stratification were tested .③Dayflower wasvery easy to regenerate roots if only it had a knob .The root -regeneration ability depended on soil moisture .
