摘要:
探讨了用反相高效液相色谱法分离和测定经不同除草剂处理的亚麻植株中两种生长激素吲哚已酸(IAA)与赤霉素(GA3)的方法。以甲醇、乙腈和水为流动相, 5 分钟可将两种激素快速分离和定量测定, 线性关系良好, 回收率较高。
Abstract:
In this paper , reversed -phase high ef ficient liquid chromatography w as used for the separatio n and determinat ion of plant hormones indole -3 -acetic acid(IAA)and gibberellic acid(GA3)in flax plantstreated w ith dif ferent herbicides .Methanol , acetonit ril and water system w as chosen as the mobile phase .Within 5 minutes two plant hormones can be separated and determinated .The calirat ion curves for the two compounds had a lineal relat ion .The rete of recycle was very hig h .
