酸碱度对玉米茎腐病病原菌生长的影响

- 通过不同pH 值PDA 培养基对玉米茎腐病3 种主要病原菌肿囊腐霉菌、禾生腐霉菌、禾谷镰刀菌生长影响的试验, 测定了3 种病原菌适宜生长的酸碱度范围。结果表明:肿囊腐霉菌的适宜生长范围为pH 值6 ~10 , 最适生长pH 值为6 ~7 。禾生腐霉菌的适宜生长范围为pH 值6 ~10 , 最适生长pH 值为6 。禾谷镰刀菌的适宜生长范围为pH 值6 ~9 , 最适生长pH 值为7 。
- Abstract:
- The experiment of influence of pH value on pathogens of co rn stalk rot w as conducted in laboratory .The result showed that suit range of pH value w as 6 ~ 10 , and the best was 6 ~ 7 to Py thium inf latum .The suit range to Py thium graminicola .w as 6 ~ 10 , and the best w as 6 and to Fusarium graminearum , the tw o ranges were 69 and 7 reapectively .
