向日葵菌核病菌的生长发育和侵染循环

- 在不同条件下培养菌核病菌, 试验结果表明:向日葵菌核病菌的萌发和子囊盘形成的最适温度是10~25 ℃, 最适土壤相对湿度80%~90 %。菌核的萌发不需要光, 但子囊盘的形成需要一定的散射光。菌核的萌发需要适宜的通气条件, 子囊盘柄的长度最长一般不超过8 cm 。
- Abstract:
- Sclerotiniose -germ was cultured in different condit ions .The results show ed that the optimum temperature fo r sclerotinia sprouting and apothecium formation w as 10 ~ 25 ℃.The optimum humidity in the soil w as 80 %-90 %.Sclero tinia sprouting didn’ t require sunlight , w hile apothcium formation needed certain scattered light .Sclerotinia sprouting needed suitable aeratio n conditions .The leng th of apothecium stem rarely ex ceeded 8 cm .
