- 为了解自交系的配合力及性状遗传方式, 用9 个中晚熟玉米自交系为材料, 按Griffing4 模式进行双列杂交得到36 个杂交组合。研究结果表明:自交系L105 、4F1 及444 的各性状均有较高的一般配合力。同时, 研究还发现, 有些自交系的个别性状特殊配合力方差较大, 应注重后代的选择。
- Abstract:
- In order to evaluate the combining ability and genetic model of some trait s, 9 late inbred lines were crossed in diallel cross sty le according to Griff ing 4 design .The results show that inbred lines L105 , 4F1 and 444 possess higher g .c .a than other lines .At the same time , i t was found that some lines have higher s .c .a variance .So more attention should be paid to the nex t generation selectio n .
