- 黑龙江垦区位于我国东北边疆, 所属103 个农场, 遍布黑龙江省11 个市, 39 个县。通过对影响作物产量主要障碍因素分析, 将该垦区的中低产田划分为易涝型、干旱型、侵蚀型、风砂型和盐碱型5 种类型, 并找出了形成原因, 提出了不同类型的中低产田治理措施。
