摘要:
依据黑龙江省高纬度稻作区特点, 重点论述影响米质与食味的制约因素, 提出发展绿色稻米产业的一些建议。
Abstract:
In this paper , according to the character of high latitude rice cultivation in Heilongjiang province , the restrict factors influencing rice quality and taste were demonstrated and some suggestion to develop green rice industry were put forward .
