- 以黑龙江省5个生态区主栽的黑农号、绥农号、合丰号、黑河号、嫩丰号、丰收号、北丰号及省有代表性推广的大豆品种(品系)为材料,探讨不同生态条件下,大豆品种蛋白质、脂肪含量的变化,结果表明, 5个生态区栽培大豆品种蛋白质的含量以东部低湿区(八五三农场、佳木斯)最高41. 66% ,脂肪含量以中南部黑土区(哈尔滨、绥化)最高21. 25% ,蛋白质含量与气象条件关系不明显,脂肪含量与纬度呈负相关,与温度呈正相关趋势。
- Abstract:
- Major soybea n v arieties such as Heino ng , Shuino ng , Hefeng Hei he Nen feng,Feng shou and Bei feng series a nd representativ e soybea n v arieties ( lines) f rom fiv e eco logicala reas of Heilo ng jia ng province w ere studied fot thei r co ntent chang s o f protein and fa t underdi fferent eco logical conditio n. The result s show ed that there w as no sig ni ficant rela tio nshipbetw een pro tein content and meteo ro logical condi tio n. There was a neg ativ e co rrela tio n betw eenfat content a nd la ti tude. There w as a po sitiv e correlatio n betw een fa t content and temperature.Protein co ntent w as hig hest ( 41. 66% ) in the east part wi th low moisture ( 853 Fa rm, Jiamusi ) ofHeilong jiang prov ince. Fat content w as hig hest ( 21. 25% ) in the cent re and south pa rts w ithblack soil ( Harbin a nd Shuihua ) of Hei longjiang provine.
