- 从黑龙江省佳木斯市四丰山林土样品、合江农科所内腐熟有机肥样品及日本产的EM( Effective Microo rganisms)中分离筛选出12个菌株,进行了碳源滤纸崩溃试验,鉴定出4个高效菌株, 并进行了形态特征观察。在不同培养基条件下进行了纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶的酶活力测定,将上述4个高效菌株配制成6个组合,并分别测定了每个组合3种酶活力,其中I( F- 1× F- 4)和Ⅱ ( F - 1× F- 3) 两个组合3种酶的综合性能较好, Ⅰ 和Ⅱ 两个组合中F- 1、F- 3、F- 4三种菌株混合一起,作为有机肥发酵剂的菌种,研制出了有机肥发酵剂的工艺流程。
- Abstract:
- Tw elv e strains were isoloted f rom samples of forest soil f rom Sifeng Mountain in Jiamusi city, samples of rot ten organic fertilizer in Hejiang ag ricultural insti tute, and EM made in Japan. The experiment of the filter collapse was conducted, and 4 strains w ere determined. The morphological character of the strains w as observed. The enzyme activity of celluloly tic enzyme, amy lase and pro teinase w ere analy zed under di fferent media. The 4 st rains w ere arrang ed into 6 g roups, and the activities of 3 kinds of the enzyme f rom each g roup w ere analyzed, among them, the complex functions of the 3 kinds of enzyme activi ty ofⅠ ( F- 1× F- 4) andⅡ ( F- 1× F- 3) w ere v ery g ood. Bo th g roupⅠ andⅡ w ere composed of F- 1, F- 2, F- 3 strains, and i t w as determined as the st rains of the y east for organic fertili zer. Tech nological process of the y east for o rganic fertilizer had been dev eloped.
