- :本研究采用软X 射线和60Coγ射线照射外源DNA , 通过花粉管通道将外源DNA 直接导入大豆。结果表明:不同的射线、不同的剂量照射使DNA 的紫外吸收值发生变化, 并影响导入后代的出苗率, 使后代在第一代发生变异。
- Abstract:
- Foreign DNA w as irradiated w ith sof t X -ray and 60 Coγ-ray and w as introduced into soybean through pollen tube channel .The result showed that the change of kind of ray and it s dosage made the ult raviolet absorption of the DNA and the rate of emergence of D1 seeds changed .The variatio n occurred in D1 generation .
