丰产抗病饲用大麦新品种龙饲麦1 号引种鉴定与适应性分析

- 为满足黑龙江省畜牧业快速发展对优质高蛋白饲料的需求,黑龙江省农业科学院作物资源研究所在2009年以红04-26为母本,以苏啤3号为父本进行杂交,利用系谱法选育出饲用大麦新品种龙饲麦1号。该品种于2010-2013年经过F1~F4代选择性状良好的株行进行混合收获脱粒,2014年F5代选择抗病、抗倒伏、农艺性状优异的单株进行收获脱粒,于2015年决选,决选代号为2015F6-1582。2016年命名为龙饲麦1号进行产量鉴定,并于同年进行异地鉴定试验。2017-2018年完成黑龙江省北部和内蒙古自治区东北部地区的区域试验,两年两个地区平均产量分别为5 104.6和4 475.2 kg·hm-2,均比对照品种垦啤麦10号增产明显。龙饲麦1号品种出苗率高、分蘖力强、株高适中,品种籽粒较大,千粒重达42.7~52.2 g;籽粒呈黄色,粒形为长圆形;在黑龙江地区全生育期78~79 d,在内蒙古地区全生育期74~79 d,与对照品种同期成熟,属中熟型大麦品种。蛋白质含量17.31%,淀粉含量52.43%,为优质饲用大麦品种。在鉴定试验中表现出高产、稳产、适应性强的特点,对条纹病、根腐病及黄矮病均表现出较强抗性,在黑龙江省北部、内蒙古自治区东北部地区均具有较好的应用前景和大面积推广潜力。
- Abstract:
- Longshengjiamei is a crispy and high-quality watermelon variety which is cultivated by Horticulture Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and favored by farmers and consumers. This variety is suitable for greenhouse cultivation in early spring, and the fruit quality is no different from that of root cultivation. It has the characteristics of stable growth, high yield, easy fruit setting, and not easy to appear deformed and hollow. In order to realize that Longsheng Jiamei can increase farmers income after planting in greenhouses, improve social economic benefits, and reduce the loss caused by natural disasters when planting in open land, and achieve the purpose of safe, high-quality and efficient production. In this paper, Longsheng Jiamei in the greenhouses seeding, planting, field management, water and fertilizer management, the main pest control and harvesting links were deeply studied, summed up a set of suitable for Longsheng jiamei early spring greenhouse cultivation of standardization technology.
