摘要:
根据新疆生产建设兵团特殊体制的发展需要，结合农八师一四八团自身的实际情况和建设现状，对农八师一四八团小城镇的发展进行了深入的分析，找出了其进行小城镇建设发展存在的主要问题，确定了一四八团小城镇的发展模式是以发展农副产品加工和特色农业生态示范为主的现代化园林小城镇，并提出了发展的对策。
Abstract:
According to the development needs of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps special system,combined with the actual situation and construction situation of the 148 Regiment of the Eighth Agricultural Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,its development for small towns was analyzed in depth.The main problems of small town construction and development were find out,the development pattern of the 148 regiment of small towns was determined,which was modern landscape small town with the development of agricultural and sideline products processing and characteristic agriculture ecological demonstration,and some development countermeasures were put forward.
