- 研究了外源GA3 对盐胁迫下草莓试管苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:试管苗生长15 d 后, 处理MS +0.3%NaCl+0 .5mg·L -1GA3 和处理MS +0 .3%NaCl 相比, 试管苗体内叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量均增加, 丙二醛含量降低, 保护酶SOD、POD 和CAT 活性增强, 试管苗生长趋于正常。
- Abstract:
- The effect of mitiga tive exo genous GA3 o n g row th o f strawber ry plantle ts under certain salt stress invitro by comparing some phy siolog ical inde xes w as studied .The results wer e as fo llow s:af te r 15 day s in vitro culture, compared with tho se which g rew under salt stress , the trea tme nt w ith 0.5 mg ·L-1 GA3 w hich strawber ryplantlets w ere inoculated in medium w ith 0.3 percent NaCl could rela tively incr ea se the co ntents of chlo rophy ll,praline and soluble pro tein .The accumulation o f malondialdehy (MDA)w as comparatively delay ed, and the activityof membra ne pro tec tive enzyme s such as supero xide dismutase (SOD), pero xidase (POD)and catalase (CAT)we re relatively promoted .
