摘要:
以望奎县正兰头村为研究对象, 探索利用RS 和GIS 技术对新农村进行规划的技术方法。遥感源选用QUICKBIRD 高空分辨率卫星数据, 采用高精度的GPS 实测地面控制点, 对数据进行校正, 将校正后的影像导入MAPGIS 中, 采用人机交互法解译, 并建立土地利用数据库, 根据土地利用现状图制作规划。结果表明, 采用RS和GIS 可以大大增加信息量, 提高信息的准确性、现实性和工作效率, 为新农村规划提供科学而准确的基础数据和专题分析, 从而得到更有说服力的规划方案。
Abstract:
To ok Zheng la nto u Villag e of Wangkui Tow n for ex ample , the technolog y and me tho d of the new ruralplanning with RS a nd the GIS techno lo gy w ere probed.The H ig h-resolution satellite da ta - QUICKBIRD w as selectedas the remo te sense source , the data with the High-precisio n measured gr ound co ntrol point w ere co r rected ,then input the co r rected images to MAPGIS and created the Land-use Databa se by inte ractive interpre ta tion , finally, the plan co uld be made by the land-use planning map.The results showed that making plan w ith RS and GIScould increase the amo unt of information , enhance the accuracy of informa tion , reality , and w o rk efficie ncy , providescientific ba sis and accura te data and analy sis o f the to pic and find the mor e co nvincing plan fo r the new ruralplanning .
