- 为了探究不同叶色谷子的光合能力,促进高光效、高产量谷子新品种的培育,以黄绿色叶片的谷子品种金苗K1为母本,绿色叶片的豫谷18为父本,通过杂交获得F2分离群体,分析不同叶色谷子的叶绿素含量、光合特性及产量构成因子。结果表明,孕穗期绿色叶片的豫谷18和F2绿色叶片(F2L)的叶绿素含量(SPAD值)(49.2和44.7)显著高于黄绿色叶片的金苗K1和F2黄绿色叶片(F2H)(36.9和33.9)。在苗期和孕穗期,黄绿色叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度显著高于绿色叶片,但其光合效率较低,表现为光系统Ⅱ的最大光化学速率(Fv/Fm)较低。尽管黄绿色叶片的F2H在株高、穗长等农艺性状上表现较好,但其单穗重、单穗粒重和出谷率显著低于双亲。相关性分析显示,Fv/Fm与株高、穗长、穗粗、千粒重和出谷率呈正相关,表明光合效率对产量有重要影响。谷子叶色通过影响叶绿素积累与光系统Ⅱ功能,调控光合效率及生育期光合特性动态,进而影响产量形成。绿色叶片材料因较高的光合效率,在产量相关性状上表现更优。
