- 随着全球气候变化和环境污染问题的日益严峻，人类生产活动规模不断扩大，导致二氧化碳排放量显著增加，进而引发温室气体浓度急剧上升，对全球生态系统构成了严重威胁。为应对这一挑战，改善生态环境，遏制全球气候变暖趋势，中国正积极推动碳减排和生态文明建设的实践，致力于实现碳达峰和碳中和目标。在这一背景下，江苏省积极响应国家关于应对气候变化、推动绿色低碳发展的政策号召，结合地方实际，出台了一系列具有区域特色的政策措施，旨在全面提升林业碳汇能力，加速节能减排进程，助力实现国家提出的“双碳”目标。林业碳汇作为应对气候变化的重要手段，在吸收和固定二氧化碳方面发挥着不可替代的作用。通过分析江苏省林业碳汇发展现状，提出了提升林业碳汇能力、加强生态产品价值实现、完善碳汇交易市场、加快新技术应用等对策建议。江苏省林业碳汇的可持续发展需要多方协作与科技创新，为生态保护、经济增长和社会进步注入新活力，为实现绿色低碳发展目标作出积极贡献。
- Abstract:
- With the increasingly severe problems of global climate change and environmental pollution, the continuous expansion of human production activities has led to a significant increase in carbon dioxide emissions, which has led to a sharp rise in greenhouse gas concentrations, posing a serious threat to the global ecosystem. In order to meet this challenge, improve the ecological environment and curb the trend of global warming, China is actively promoting the practice of carbon emission reduction and ecological civilization construction, and is committed to achieving the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. In this context, Jiangsu Province has actively responded to the national policy call on tackling climate change and promoting green and low-carbon development, and introduced a series of policy measures with regional characteristics in light of local realities, aiming to comprehensively improve the forestry carbon sink capacity, accelerate the process of energy conservation and emission reduction, and help achieve the “Double carbon” goal proposed by the state. As an important means to deal with climate change, forestry carbon sink plays an irreplaceable role in absorbing and fixing carbon dioxide. Based on the analysis of the current situation of forestry carbon sink development in Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the capacity of forestry carbon sink, strengthen the realization of the value of ecological products, improve the carbon sink trading market, and accelerate the application of new technologies. The sustainable development of forestry carbon sinks in Jiangsu Province requires multi-party cooperation and scientific and technological innovation to inject new vitality into ecological protection, economic growth and social progress, and make positive contributions to the realization of green and low-carbon development goals.
