- 为优化网纹瓜施肥策略,2024年于泰安市岱岳区房村镇网纹瓜种植区内开展了一系列不同比例的蚯蚓粪有机肥替代化肥的田间试验,研究蚯蚓粪有机肥料对网纹瓜生长、产量、品质及对土壤理化性质及酶活性方面的影响。结果表明,施用蚯蚓粪有机肥50%替代化肥的处理不仅对网纹瓜的产量和品质提升效果显著,还对土壤容重、总孔隙度及酶活性产生积极影响。相较于对照组(CK)相比,产量提高了6.84%,平均单瓜质量增加4.40%,果实纵横径分别增长3.29%和5.73%;在品质指标方面,可溶性固形物含量提高6.06%,可溶性糖含量升高6.26%,有机酸含量降低10.11%,维生素C含量升高8.47%,多酚含量提升8.52%。综合分析表明,基施发酵蚯蚓粪有机肥以50%替代化肥的处理方式,相较于其他处理,在提高网纹瓜果实产量和品质方面表现突出,同时能有效改良土壤环境。
- Abstract:
- In order to optimize the fertilization strategy for reticulated melons, a series of field experiments were conducted in 2024 in the planting area of Fangcun Town, Daiyue District, Tai’an City, different proportions of vermicompost organic fertilizer were used as a substitute for chemical fertilizers. The effects of vermicompost organic fertilizer on the growth, yield, quality, and soil activity of reticulated melons were studied. The results showed that replacing chemical fertilizer with 50% earthworm manure organic fertilizer not only significantly improved the yield and quality of netted melon,but also had some significant effects on soil bulk weight, total porosity and enzyme activities.Compared with the control (CK), the yield increased by 6.84%, the average fruit weight increased by 8.24%, longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter increased by 3.29%, 5.73% respectively; In terms of quality, the soluble solids content increased by 6.06%, the soluble sugar content increased by 6.26%, the organic acid content decreased by 10.11%, the vitamin C content increased by 8.47%, polyphenol content increased by 8.52%. Comprehensive analysis indicated that the application of 50% earthworm manure organic fertilizer as base fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer can effectively improve fruit quality,yield and soil than other treatments.
