- 为了巩固黑龙江省大粮仓的“绿色”基础,彰显“有机”本质,通过阐述有机农业的相关概念,深入分析了黑龙江省有机农业的发展现状,并对黑龙江省有机农业产业发展中土壤退化的生态环境问题以及企业、有机市场和技术质量等缺陷加以总结,针对上述问题提出了优化区域布局、提高企业知名度、保障有机产品品质安全、加大政府扶持力度、完善有机认证体系、加强技术创新的对策及建议。
- Abstract:
- In order to further consolidate the "green" foundation and highlight the "organic" nature of Heilongjiang′ s major granary, the theory of organic agriculture was introduced, and the development status of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed. Meanwhile, environment problem of soil degradation, as well as the weaknesses of enterprises, organic markets and technological quality are also summarized in the development of organic agriculture industry in Heilongjiang Province. In view of above problems, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize of regional lay out, improve the visibility of enterprises, ensure the quality and safety of organic products, enhance the government support, improve the organic certification system and strengthen technological innovation.
