- 党的十九大以来，党和国家将乡村振兴作为“三农”工作的重心。为加快发展乡村农业与文化经济，促进生态振兴，全面建设小康社会，必须解决乡村振兴中人才匮乏的问题。本文针对乡村振兴产业结构与人才类型需求进行分析，并从内涵式教学、学生的个性化需求、创新创业能力的形成及关注学生兴趣爱好等多个方面深入探讨了农学专业的人才培养模式。提出了应把培养创新型、应用型、技能型人才作为“一专多能”复合型人才的培养重点，增强师资力量，转变培养理念，优化教学内容，多维融合学科知识教学则是复合型人才培养的基本保障。
- Abstract:
- Since the 19th Session of National Congress of the the Communist Party of China，the party and the country have taken rural revitalization as the focus of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” work. In order to accelerate the development of agricultural culture economy， promote ecological revitalization， build a well-off society in an all-round way，must solving the problem of shortage of talents in rural revitalization，in view of the industrial structure of rural revitalization and the needs of talent types. This paper deeply discussed the talent training mechanism of agronomic specialty.The cultivation mechanism of agronomy major was discussed from several aspects: congenial teaching， students′ individual needs and develop interests and hobbies of students，the formation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability. It is proposed that the cultivation of innovative，applied and skilled talents should be regarded as the key point of the cultivation of “One specialty and multiple abilites
