- 为探索作物高产最佳的微生物环境,促进试验田合理施肥,在黑龙江省农业科学院黑河分院长期定位的试验田,采用随机区组排列,设置6个施肥处理模式(不施肥、单施有机肥、麦秸还田、单施化肥、麦秸还田配施化肥、有机肥配施化肥),分析不同施肥模式对土壤微生物数量、酶活性及小麦产量的影响。结果表明,土壤三大微生物中,细菌占微生物总数的85.1%~97.1%,放线菌占总数的 2.4%~14.3%,真菌占总数的03%~0.8%。有机肥配施化肥处理能显著增加细菌、真菌和放线菌数量,显著提高脲酶、过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性,小麦产量较其他处理显著增多。过氧化氢酶与脲酶呈显著正相关,细菌、脲酶与小麦产量也呈显著正相关。说明有机肥配施化肥是有利于小麦高产和提升土壤品质的施肥措施。

- In order to explore the best microbial environment for high yield of crops and promote rational fertilization in the experimental field, six fertilization treatment modes (no fertilization, single application of organic fertilizer, wheat straw returning to the field, single application of chemical fertilizer, wheat strawreturning to the field with chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer) were set up in the long-term positioned experimental field of Heihe Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the effects of different fertilization modes on the number of soil microorganisms enzyme activity and yield. The results showed that bacteria accounted for 85.1%-97.1% of the total number of microorganisms, actinomycetes accounted for 2.4%-14.3% of the total number, and fungi accounted for 0.3%-0.8% of the total number. Organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer could significantly increase the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, and significantly improved the activities of urease, catalase, phosphatase and sucrase. The wheat yield was also significantly increased compared with other treatments. Catalase and urease were positively correlated, and bacteria and urease were also positively correlated with wheat yield. To sum up, it showed that organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer is a fertilization measure conducive to high yield of crops and improvement of soil quality.
